SpringRoots may close in the event of extreme weather. If there is a storm or other form of inclement weather, the director (Vanessa) will make the decision to close for either a full or partial day. See the full policy here.
Illness Policy and Guidelines
If your child becomes ill while at the Centre, you will be contacted. Your child will wait for you in the office and you must pick them up within one hour. You will be required to fill out a New Brunswick “Potential Illness Form”. Which will indicate the amount of time your child will be excluded from childcare. Please note that most communicable illnesses are considered cured after 48 hours of symptom free exclusion.
